YOUR BOOTH,
FROM FLOOR TO BACKWALL.
ROEDA offers retractable banners, fabric displays, backdrops, tents, and table covers, and collaborates with you on the design so the entire booth looks like it comes from a single brand, not five different websites.

Pick the pieces, or let us build the whole booth.
Everything here comes ready to set up, with graphics, hardware, and cases together. The sizes below are the most common; most lines are available in larger, smaller, and double-sided options.
Retractable Banners
33"W × 79"H · single or double-sided
The workhorse. Rolls into its own base, fits in a back seat, up in about a minute. Most booths start here.
Table Covers & Runners
6ft · 8ft · fitted, draped, or stretch
Fitted throws, draped covers, and runners. The cheapest thing on this page that makes a booth look finished.
Fabric Displays
8ft · 10ft · 20ft · straight or curved
A printed fabric skin stretches over a lightweight aluminum frame. Packs small, travels well, and the wrinkles hang out.
Flags & Feather Banners
8'–17' tall · ground stake or cross base
Height gets you seen from across a parking lot. Ground spikes for grass, weighted bases for pavement.
Backdrops & Step-and-Repeat
8' Ă— 8' up to 20' wide
A full wall behind you for photos, presentations, or covering whatever the venue put back there.
Counters & Kiosks
Printed wraps · locking storage
Somewhere to set the literature, run a demo, and stash your coat. Several fold down into their own shipping case.
Tents & Canopies
10' × 10' · 10' × 20' · walls optional
For fairs, festivals, job sites, and outdoor shows. Full-color canopy with matching sidewalls and stake or weight kits.
Lighting, Cases & Extras
LED arms · rolling hard cases · literature racks
Lights, cases, racks, and the small hardware that keeps a booth from looking half-finished under show lighting.
What a standard 10Ă—10 booth needs.
Most first-time exhibitors buy too much of one thing and forget another. Here's a typical 10-foot inline booth and what each piece is doing.
-
Your name, readable from three aisles away. Nothing below 40" — the table and the crowd will cover it.
-
Flanking the wall, angled slightly inward. One product story each, not eight bullet points.
-
Fitted, with the logo centered above the table edge so it stays visible when someone's standing there.
-
Outdoor shows and parking-lot events. Gets you found before anyone reads a word.
-
Show halls are darker than you think. Two arms make a fabric wall look twice as expensive.
